- 35% of the first $500 of the Final Value
- 25% of the next $500 of the Final Value
- 20% of the Final Value over $1,000
- MIN fee for sold items - $19.99 per item
- MAX fee for sold items - $1,000 per item

Annex Drop-Off fees are all inclusive, they include eBay, PayPal and other processing fees. Shipping charges are paid by the buyer of your item.

Flat $200 listing fee (paid in advance). No additional charges or commission

ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Annex Drop-Off accepts items that have an estimated sale price over $50
- Arrangements can be made to have item picked up or pictures taken on location Larger items may incur additional handling and processing fees
- Items that are not sold and not picked up 14 days after auction close date will become property of Annex Drop-Off and may be resold.
