Do I have to register on eBay to sell through Annex Drop-Off?
No, all items will be listed using our own eBay account.
Do I have to pack my item for shipping?
No. We will pack and ship your item after it is sold. However, if you have original packaging, please bring it with you as it may increase final value of your item on eBay.
Will I get a receipt for my items?
Yes. You will get a copy of your drop-off form, which will serve as a receipt.
How soon will I receive my cheque?
Usually, within 12-14 days after you have dropped-off your item.
Can you come to my house and pick the items that are suitable for eBay?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. Please email us to make an appointment.
Do I have to have a PayPal account?
No, you don't. We will send you a cheque, in Canadian dollars.
